An Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on Friday ordered mental examination of a Nigeria Customs Service man who was alleged to possess a liquid suspected to be acid.

The Magistrate, Mrs Joy Ugbomoiko, gave the order after Cletus Chibuzor was arraigned on a two-count charge of unlawful possession and breach of peace.
