Help, I want to stop it...

Hi everyone, just recieved this mail and i want to share it with you.

Dear Sir, I am a young lady of 22years. I have been having problem with masturbation and I have tried all that I could do to stop it but to no avail and I think am getting addicted to it. I know deep down inside me that it is BAD. Please what do you advice that I do... 

Please note that I have the permission of the lady in question to publish this.
I have given her Godly counsel but the purpose of publishing this story is to let a lot of people going through similar challenges open up and get Godly counsel just like the bible put it " there is safety in the multitude of counsel"
